Job Description SummaryJob Summary: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for all work activities supporting the Global Service Technical Training Center in Sparks, MD as well as training spaces located in San Jose, CA. This role will be responsible for maintaining world class training facilities and supporting training execution for associates and customers traveling from around the globe. Job Description Responsibilities: - Ensure all instrumentation is operational and training ready - Order lab supplies, safety supplies, and consumable inventory needed for training - Prepare training materials for all scheduled classes - Oversee facilities improvement, installation projects, and instrument moves - Serve as safety officer for the Global Service Training team, ensure emergency response activities can be performed efficiently. - Responsible for global spare part ordering and budget management - Must have the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing business environment(s) - Must be able to work effectively across multiple internal functions (R & D, Manufacturing, Operations, EH & S, etc) Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Demonstrated track record for meeting timelines - 1 year work experience in an administrative or facilities role - Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office package). - Effective planning and organizational skills - Work independently with minimal supervision - Display creativity, flexibility Primary Work LocationUSA MD - Baltimore Additional Locations Work Shift
