The Role: As a member of the Design team, reporting to one of our Development Executives, the Design Associate will support the Leadership Edge Design efforts and provide coordinated support across all the Leadership Edge teams and to the Leadership Edge senior leadership team. The Design Associate will also be responsible for all Leadership Edge updates and engagement materials (including OC, HROC, business sponsors) at regular intervals as well as ad hoc. In this new role, the successful candidate will bring a strong consulting track-record of shaping key messages to senior level audiences and securing careful analysis of key data. Strong analytical skills will be key to build a compelling storyline that is supported by data, integrating multiple sources of information as fitting for each audience, sponsor and stakeholder group. Responsibilities: * Create client facing materials/presentations suitable for executive level audience (including OC, HROC, senior business sponsors), particularly supporting the 2.0 Leadership Edge design * Combining strong analytical and communication skills to synthetize data insights for consumption by senior leaders * Support senior leadership team with scoping, coordinating and delivering highest quality deliverables * Support the Leadership Edge design strategic efforts coordinating across the Leadership Edge teams to translate individual strategies into a unified strategy/approach * Provide support to relationship management and communications manager in development of messaging/materials to key stakeholders and ad hoc reporting needs * Coordinate with the workforce analytics team and manage the work associated with the impact study which measures the impact of Leadership Edge * Support the Coaching Center of Excellence efforts * Act as problem solver for alignment challenges across multiple Leadership Edge teams * Bring in passion and fresh perspectives to help us challenge the status quo * Being proactive and tech savvy to help identify innovative solutions * Demonstrating a high level of maturity by managing confidential information with discretion and sound judgment at all times Qualifications: * Has exceptional skills in building presentation materials for the highest levels of leadership (OC/HROC level) * Able to distill a compelling story line from a variety of data and information sources * Delivers highest levels of accuracy and to-the-point messages for each audience, with a keen eye for detail and formatting * Collaborative partner with the ability to work across and within the Leadership Edge team as well as develop strong working partnerships with clients and HR colleagues * Strong sense of urgency and action oriented; Comfortable with working under tight deadlines/quick turnaround * Able to execute proficiently across multiple priorities and stakeholders; Ability to work across geographies and within a matrix * Consultative skills and overall curiosity, desire to learn; Progressive and innovative in approach * Demonstrated flexibility and persistence to execute under changing and time sensitive circumstances * Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Skilled at quantitative and qualitative data analysis * High proficiency using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Able to function in an entrepreneurial type environment and navigate change * Bachelor s Degree required
