    • Facilitate family centered, strength-based and solution focused family therapy treatment
    • Provide case management services/collaboration with child serving systems
    • Serve as positive role model; follow agency guidelines for professional behavior and dress
    • Prepare client assessments, initial treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and discharge planning
    • Advocate for clients in areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family interactions
    • Participate in care planning team meetings and/or group consultations as required
    • Provide crisis intervention on an as-needed basis
    • Provide on call coverage as assigned
    • Flexible schedule including mornings and some evenings
    • Maintain client caseloadProgram Services
      • Facilitate client referral, admission process, and make appropriate referrals
      • Transport clients in a safe and secure manner in matters related to service delivery
      • Adhere to program and funding source procedures
      • Staff the program or office as scheduled and necessary

        • Master's degree in Human Services field, with plan to obtain license
        • Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
        • Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
