As a Compensation Consultant, you will report to the VP ofTotal Rewards and will be responsible for compensation analysis, marketresearch, and compensation data management. You will partner with and supportthe Senior Compensation Consultants, Compensation Directors and ManagingDirectors in delivering compensation analysis and reporting. You possess strong analytical skills, market dataexperience, a working knowledge of base pay and variable pay, as well as,compensation regulations. You are team-oriented, multi-task well, anddemonstrates a passion for producing results. Howyou'll make an impact: Manage and execute the annual market survey process for MUFG Develop solutions to effectively deliver market data and the appropriate analysis to the business lines Support execution of the annual pay review process effectively for assigned business lines Perform compensation analysis and interpretation of results. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to Total Rewards team Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure compensation metric and information has been reported accurately Provide analysis to support compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. FLSA) Manage data through ad-hoc and standard reporting. May be responsible for process improvement/automation pertaining to reporting. Develop sophisticated spreadsheets that include advance and interactive functions such as macros/pivot tables or other advanced formulas, etc. Perform additional duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:What you'll bring to the team:You have an uncompromising desire to succeed and make a difference wherever your professional and personal path takes you.Typically, a?Bachelor's degree, and?3-5 years of compensation experience?will be a key component of your past successes.
