Under the supervision of the Ethics and ComplianceOfficer, the Oncology RN Patient Navigator'sprimary function is guiding oncology patientsthrough the health care system by assisting withaccess issues, developing relationships with serviceproviders and tracking intervention and outcomes.Promotes a positive teamwork environment whichemphasizes respect to all customers, includingpatients, families, physicians, staff and otherdepartments.

BSN required. Masters in a related field preferred.
Minimum of two+ years oncology experience required. Excellent teaching skills, consultation skills and customer service skills experience required.
Current licensure as an RN for the state of Utah or RN compact license from participating compact states. Advanced Practice or Master's prepared preferred. Oncology Certification preferred.
