SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing food orders and serving meals and beverages topatrons while coordinating kitchen activities.What's it in it for you:PTO (Paid vacation after 1 year of service)401kMedical/Dental/Vision insurance optionsShort and long-term--disability optionsEmployer paid life insurance with additional coverage optionsEmployee Travel ProgramESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares/cooks food according to recipesGreets guests, presents menus, answers questions, takes orders, and accommodates special requests as neededPrepares food according to the menu and quantity needed for the ordersMaintains food supply and equipment inventory weekly and orders as neededMaintains daily temperature and waste logsReceives, dates, and examines food products and supplies to ensure quality and quantitymeet order requests and standard specificationsRestocks bar, replenishes pantry, cleans counters, tables, utensils, and kitchen at theclose end of shiftResets counters and tables at guests' departure and at end of shiftsComputes bill, accepts payment, and tracks sales receiptsReports accurately for tax processingFollows company policies and proceduresBeverage stations offering alcoholic beverages must be manned at all times during an event.
