Are you a lead-generating, prospecting, relationship-building, new business developing machine with experience and/or passion for premium-quality custom architectural woodwork? We are seeking people who love the challenge of discovering potential clients, reaching out to them, and maintaining relationships so that when there's a custom woodworking need, they think of us. Successful Candidates in this role possess the following traits:---They are self-starting, skilled prospectors and lead generators and know their way around common tools, reporting services, association contacts, and social media platforms to find new customers.---They should have at least seven years of experience building and optimizing a client base and achieving revenue goals from an inside sales role.---They identify new challenges with a 'Can-Do' attitude and take them on with ownership and pride, as they want to truly make a difference in the company and our clients' companies.---They communicate clearly, write well, speak eloquently, and can explain just about anything to anyone.---They are organized and stay focused; they manage their time well and do not let anything fall through the cracks.---They don't necessarily need prior experience in residential and commercial custom architectural woodworking- but it would be great if they did! Requirements of the Position:---Must have a basic understanding of estimating requirements (scope, takeoff, specifications, blueprint reading, etc)---Must be available to travel frequently to required; most often to the western US and Hawaii---Needs proven Sales system skills, and the self-motivation and self-discipline to execute agreed sales activities.---Demonstrated consultative sales abilities and enough relevant industry experience to develop trusting relationships.
