Revenue Services Team Lead Job Description We are currently in search of a Revenue Services Team Lead to join our growing accounting team in our headquarter office in downtown Washington, D.C. This role will primarily oversee the credit and call center functional group of Revenue Services as well as assist with issue resolution in escalated situations and support the team in business decisions, enabling it to support sales and facilitate more revenue growth. Essential Functions: ? Oversee the team responsible for taking inbound calls and maintaining the highest customer service ? Create and maintain call metrics that will eventually identify root causes ? Oversee the entry and posting of credits across all brands. ? Create and maintain credit metrics with to goal to reduce total credits by identifying root causes ? Perform periodic audits to ensure credits are complete within established timeframes/deadlines. ? Provide guidance on integration projects. ? Assist with the training of new employees ? Resolve escalated billing/customer service issues. ? Oversee special department projects especially those aimed at process improvement. ? Support sales and manage expectations. ? Coordinate new product release across departments. ? Perform SOX-related audits/reviews Experience: ? 2 - 3 years of experience managing a high visibility team; ? 1 - 2 years call center experience ? 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting (billing) or finance; ? Project management with acquisition integrations strongly preferred. ? B.S in Business Administration or related field of study required. Skills: ? Oversee a team dedicated to customer service and issue resolution ? Strong Excel skills ? Project management ? Exceptional organizational skills ? Strong written and oral skills required ?
