Technical Product Manager Clearance Required: -- Public Trust, Secret Preferred Location: -- Washington, DC Anticipated Start Date: -- Immediate upon approval PCI is actively interviewing for a Technical Product Manager to support our DHS customer in a lead role; interfacing with senior customer leadership, managing an agile team, and supporting continuous Program Development and Testing in a DevOps environment. The successful Lead will be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative and must be able to perform the below listed duties: * Perform Day-to-day Project Management of the contract in support of clients Development & Testing efforts * Collaborate with requirements, testing, development, and service operations teams in all phases of the development cycle as part of an Integrated Test team * Provide strategic support to customer leadership team * Manage and direct staff/team activities * Provide Senior level briefings as required * Support IV&V Load and Performance testing * Provide weekly and monthly status reporting * The candidate should be knowledgeable of http interactions and how to consume REST endpoints Requirements: -- * Bachelor's degree. Masters preferred * A minimum of five (5) years' experience in managing IT-related programs in an Agile, DevOps Environment * Experience as a Technical Product Manager preferred * Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines * Experience working and collaborating with Dev, Test, Security teams * Experience and working knowledge of AWS, Containers, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), ELK, Grafana, Tomcat and Microsoft Technologies (SharePoint, 365 etc.), JIRA, Confluence * 1 year of software testing experience in a DevOps environment (JMeter, Selenium, and Jenkins Knowledge a plus) * 1 year of Java and Linux experience * HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end frameworks are a big plus, such as AngularJS. * PMP certification preferred Dept of Homeland Security
