This position is an essential and valued member of our growing Benefits team. This position is responsible for selling products to an assigned geographical region, and growing our current Consultant base through recruiting. Growing the provider base territory and bringing on new customers is critical as well. This role will partner with a mentor and our supportive team to accomplish these goals. Position Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads and sales opportunities by making outbound phone calls to customers; responding to inbound inquiries. Generate new and repeat sales by providing service information to customers in a timely manner. Process applications to ensure satisfaction. Position Requirements: Ability to work independently and with little to no supervision. Willing to take initiative and have a positive attitude and leadership skills. Must be able to build trust-based relationships with customers over the phone. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
