Job Title: Task Manager --- Science and Technology Support Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance Work Location: Washington, DC Position Overview: Serve as the focal point and primary support for Science and Technology Support. Ghostrock Systems Development, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is an Alaskan Native Corporation and a limited liability corporation that was initially formed in 2012 as a Small Disadvantaged Business under the name Afghanistan Business and Stability Operations. The firm was renamed Ghostrock in February 2013 and began operations in August 2016. The firm's business operations are focused on delivering logistics support products/services associated with shore-based and shipboard related Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Management --- Support coordination of PEO USC in various ONR and DOD opportunities, by taking the lead in coordinating and facilitating proactive program office activity including responses to calls, development of presentations, and follow-through reporting requirements entailed by obtaining funds. Engineering Management --- Support the development of PEO USC Cloud Charts (Technology Roadmaps) to manage technology investments relevant to PEO USC. Provide the continued measurement and assessment of the performance of USC systems at the S&T, advanced development, acquisition, and operational levels. Rapid Technology Insertion --- Support the RTI processes that enable PEO USC to be adaptable to meet Fleet needs and rapidly provide technologies to counter emerging threats. S&T Working Group --- Support the coordination of the PEO USC S&T and the PEO USC Program Offices in S&T related matters, including Technology Transition Agreements and SBIR topics. Special Projects --- Support the coordination of annual PEO USC Technology Day, including facilities set-up, materials development, and registration process for participants in the event. Support the Open Business model through the preparation of evaluation reports and coordination of open business efforts. Track experimentation and coordinate efforts for PEO USC. Provide support for power and energy technology. Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) Support --- Support the SBIR processes, including spend plans, phasing, tracking, and topic coordination. Assist in the coordination of SBIR activities across program offices and warfare centers. Technology Insertion Program for Savings /Foreign Comparative Testing Program Support --- Support calls, reviews, evaluations; coordinate TIPS and FCT topic reviews; support the review and data input for FCT. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: US Citizenship. Currently possess an Active Secret Clearance. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Required: Minimum 10 years--- experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in Science and Technology Support. Desired: Bachelor---s degree (BS/BA) in related field.
