Responsibilities

The Receptionist manages and coordinates a variety of activities associated with the firstintroduction of our hospital to visiting outside individuals.

business office duties
answering telephones,

route and screen calls,

greet outside individuals,

respond to inquires from the public and provide information about the organization.

helping to monitor the access of visitors.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Ability to project a professional image
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions
Excel, Word processing, databases, PowerPoint, etc.



Education and/or Experience:



High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
