We are currently looking for a Sales Representative / Recruiting Consultant to join our team. In this position you will be working from your home office with an opportunity to make huge, uncapped commissions. We are seeking individuals who love the challenge of prospecting and uncovering qualified leads. Using your knowledge of our products and services, you will be responsible for phoning prospective clients and closing the sale. This position requires being comfortable on the phone, selling your personality as well as our products. To excel in this job, you have an understanding of the science of selling and have knowledge of modern day techniques of generating interest, informing and closing the sale. This position includes calling companies across the U.S.A. What your role Involves As our inside sales representative you will be contacting HR Managers, Recruiters, VP's, Presidents and Owners who are hiring and introduce them to our unique hiring and recruiting solutions. On the phone call the Inside Sales Representative will inquire if they are still hiring, provide information on our services and try to close a sale for our job posting services. Qualifications: Self-starter and able to work with very little supervision Tech savvy, proficient with computers Have a home office and smart phone to complete outbound calls Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Proven track record of strong client relationships Must speak clear, fluent English Strong negotiation skills Sales experience, specifically in Recruiting, Job Posting, Applicant Tracking System Sales, Technology Sales an asset Account Management experience an asset This is performance based position with NO base salary. Income does not begin until week 2-4, it depends on when you begin to makes sales, but will ramp up from there and you will continue to make commission off of residuals from your existing clients. Our commission structure is the best in the industry and is fully uncapped. Year 1 income is expected at $60-80k, and year 2 $120k+.
