HR Administrator needs 1 year HR work experience, HR Administrator requires: 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (ability to do VLOOKUP and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook. Workday HR State laws of CA - FMLA etc strong Data management background Proven project and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. HR Administrator duties: Provides guidance and support on Company-wide programs and initiatives (eg. Workforce Planning, Organizational Changes, Performance Development) to promote and coordinate HR responsibilities. Training and on-boarding will be provided to enable success in these areas. Provide HR process/functional advice as needed to leaders for routine management related people processes. Provide first level HR support / guidance by answering employee questions regarding Leaves of Absence, exit support, on-boarding support, etc. Collaborate and support Human Resources Business Partners, employees and managers to address root causes of HR issues, attempting to resolve issues at the earliest level. Extract and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports from Workday (headcount, open requisition, terminations, etc.), maintain and ensure data integrity by submitting requests to HR Technology for correction or modification if needed.
