We are seeking a full time Admin Assistant to Case Manager to work in a fast-paced, high energy office environment. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hr lunch) Qualifications: - MUST HAVE 3 - 5 years in an office environment - Able to maintain confidential information and privacy considerations - Clear criminal background (full background will be conducted) - Professional, positive attitude and appearance - Excellent time management skills / ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Internet navigation experience - Microsoft Office Programs experience - Type a minimum of 60 cwpm - Strong attention to detail / problem solving skills - Strong team player / equally comfortable with working alone - Self-starter / Self-motivated - Clear and effective written and verbal communications using phone and email - Able to take direction and follow company procedures and protocols - Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AND LICENSING Responsibilities: - Client contact (telephone & - Review correspondence - Review Medical / Legal documents - Prepare reports and draft emails - Review video / clip photos - Maintain tracking of cases - Contact with Fraud Divisions Please send resume for consideration.
