Hours are M-F 8-4:30p Bilingual Customer Service Representative needs 2 years experience Bilingual Customer Service Representative requires: CSR in warehouse or logistics environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to make decisions, trouble shoot and problem solve independently and with the team Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and coordinate efficiently Attention to detail and accuracy Good people skills Bilingual Customer Service Representative duties: communicate and satisfy our customers needs. They will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, Trainer and other Customer Service Representatives to understand the department goals and visions. The Customer Service Assistant acts with a sense of urgency, is solution-oriented, approachable, professional and takes great pride in working with customers to deliver an experience that meets or their expectations.
