In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a for strong and enthusiastic Marketing Database Analyst to join a dynamic Marketing Operations team.-- This position will be focused on executing database strategy to help drive pipeline growth and assume ownership of database growth, segmentation, cleansing and compliance with various regulations . This position will report to the Manager of Marketing Operations and can be located at our Troy, MI headquarters or fully remote. WHAT'S YOUR IMPACT?
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of sales and marketing database; ensure at least 75-80% accuracy at any given time
  • Oversee contact enrichment process, ensuring correct ZoomInfo integration
  • Execute on quarterly database cleansing process to maintain data integrity
  • Manage new contact acquisition processes with 3 rd party data providers
  • Partner with Demand Gen team to create database segmentation that aligns with campaign needs
  • Ensure accurate persona tagging within target and install base accounts
  • Partner with Sales Ops to review and enhance account data and structure, including prospects and customers
  • Partner with Legal and security teams to ensure data is in compliance with local and global regulations such as GDRP, CAN-SPAM, etc.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data inside the platform and across the business.
  • Partner with IT and Marketing Ops teams to operationalize data-related process in CRM and Eloqua
  • Keep up-to-date on emerging data and integration trends; anticipate future business needs IS IT IN YOU?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, operations or sales
    • Experience with CRM system (Salesforce.com preferred)
    • Experience working in marketing automation tool (Eloqua preferred)
    • Familiarity and experience with data/contact acquisition vendors such as ZoomInfo
    • Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle.
    • Excellent project and time management skills a must; demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.
    • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail, execution, and follow through.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work remotely and independently, based on office access limitations.
