Responsibilities Gryphon Technologies provides Scientific, Engineering, Technical, and Administrative (SETA) support to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). For over sixty years, DARPA has held to a singular and enduring mission: to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security. Gryphon Technologies has an immediate requirement for a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Coordinator to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office (STO). The BAA is a technique utilized by DARPA to contract for basic and applied research and certain development efforts. The BAA Coordinator will work closely with STO front office personnel, Program Managers (PMs), and SETA support personnel to ensure that BAAs are completed in a timely manner for government programs. The individual will primarily oversee the entire Source Selection process from coordinating Industry and Proposers Days and assisting with the drafting & routing of the BAA, to inspecting and determining the sufficiency of reviewer and SME evaluation sheets. Responsibilities also include working with various stakeholders to ensure that technical concepts and objectives are translated in an effective and efficient manner. Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS: * BA/BS in a related field * Active Top Secret (TS) clearance * Familiarity with procurement * Extensive technical writing experience * Experience interacting with all levels of Government personnel familiarity with the source selection process including: coordinating industry days, drafting & routing BAAs, inspecting and determining the sufficiency of reviewer and SME evaluation sheets DESIRED SKILLS: * DARPA experience * Experience writing BAAs or related documents * Active TS/SCI clearance One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
