Our industry-specific divisions BevForce, FoodForce, BeautyForce, and HerbForce offer executive search services, board of director assembly, and a digital job board. BeautyForce - our beauty, and wellness division is looking for an ambitious business development leader to sell our executive search service. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, beauty, and wellness sales experience, and a desire to grow the BeautyForce division on the West Coast. Based in Los Angeles, this role will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team of industry-specialized Client Strategists and Executive Recruiters. MUST HAVES Extraordinary relationship building & communications skills Sales experience & training; proven client management success Experience in beauty, wellness, personal care - brand, agency or media sales THE OBVIOUS "SHOULD BE's" Organized Motivated Negotiator Detail-oriented Reliable Hands-on Fast mover & thinker WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Sales. You will be responsible for bringing in business for our executive search service. You will collaborate with our Executive Recruiters to ensure your clients are receiving quality candidates to fill the role(s) and will be responsible for the overall management of each client account. Developing relationships with prospective clients and grow existing partnerships in the beauty & wellness space -brands, agencies, associations, distributors (some retail). Managing your workflow using Salesforce Attending trade shows and trade events in the Beauty and/or Health & Personal Care/CPG space to help create and maintain client partnerships THE FINE PRINT Bachelor's degree 3-5 years' sales/marketing/business development experience in the beauty & wellness industry Proven track record of penetrating all levels and functions of a company Experience in managing a large portfolio of accounts Customer service Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce BONUS POINTS: Experience in the recruitment industry
