Carilion Clinic - Technology Services Group (TSG) is seeking a Technology Solutions Specialist I--in Roanoke, VA. You will research document, and implement--new technologies within the organization.-- Additionaly you will be responsible for installing--both voice and data peripheral technologies, including but not limited to PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, tablets including other wireless handheld devices and telephones.-- As apart of the Solutions Specialist team you will manage--and coordinate--vendors and other technology teams on small to medium scale technology projects and--aid with onsite and remote observation of technology issues to provide client issue resolution. ----Duties and responsibilities:Interfaces with clients, vendors, and multiple teams on small to medium scale projects involving PCs, Laptops, Thin Computing Devices, Phones, Mobile Phones, Tablets/Handheld Wireless Devices and Printers.Performs installation and configuration of desktop hardware and peripherals in the enterprise. --These include, but are not limited to: --PCs, Laptops, Thin Computing Devices, Phones, Mobile Phones, Tablets/Handheld Wireless Devices and Printers.Performs installation/deinstallation of ports for both data and telephony needs.--Be at your best with an organization that equips you to do so.-- Whose people unite in making lives better.
