Job Number: R0075596 Cybersecurity Information Assurance ManagerKey Role: Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation pertaining to foreign threats or homeland security. Determine a procedure for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct scientific and technical intelligence analyses. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed. Basic Qualifications: * 15+ years of Cybersecurity engineering in DoD software and hardware systems, including Cybersecurity engineering, information assurance (IA), vulnerability analysis, risk remediation, and the implementation of Cybersecurity controls in DoD systems, developing artifacts, System Categorization forms, Risk Assessment Reports, POA&Ms, SAPs, and shepherding packages through the risk management framework (RMF) process * Experience with the ACAS, STIGs, and SCAPs * Experience with the RMF, NIST SP 800-53 and categorizing and determining controls * Knowledge of computer security, military system specifications, DoD Cybersecurity policies, communicating via verbal and written presentations, the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), RMF, Platform IT (PIT), and the implementation of Cybersecurity and IA boundary defense techniques and various IA-enabled appliances, including firewalls, IDS, IPS, Switch/Routers, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), EMASS and Host Based Security Systems (HBSS) * Secret clearance * BS degree in Engineering or IT Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
