Temp Call Center Rep needs 1 to 2 years of experience within customer service/call center environment Temp Call Center Rep requires: HR or other legal experience. Spanish speaking (bi-lingual). Demonstrated ability working with confidential data and good knowledge of HR process and procedures. Working knowledge of HR Information Systems and Call Center technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual skills preferable. Must have a pleasant speaking voice, enthusiasm, demonstrate strong service and verbal communication skills, and present oneself in a professional manner. Must possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy interaction with customers, both internal and external. Excellent interpersonal, communications, team building and problem solving skills are required. Temp Call Center Rep duties: Execution of Call Center operations providing information and support to all employees on a wide variety of HR subject matter areas, including HR policy and process, benefits and personal data changes. Primary point of contact in the resolution, escalation or re-direction of enquiries in line with guidelines to telephone and writing enquiries from all employees. Possess a deep functional knowledge of operations and a broad base of knowledge with respect to HR processes and protocols.
