**This role is temporarily remote and we are looking for those local to Denver.**Acts as a support to the Staffing Team. Performs clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations. These activities include developing monthly caregiver schedules, addressing urgent issues with caregiver schedules, managing the "lifecycle" of client status (referrals, opens, re-certifications and discharges), maintaining credentialing of clinical employees, on-call response and regular reporting.* Provides support to staffers in developing monthly caregiver schedules* Work with staffers to address urgent issues with caregiver schedules* Assist Human Resources with maintaining credentials of clinical employees* Provide exceptional customer service to clients as well as build a strong partnership with hundreds of caregivers (PCAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs)* Maintain consistent communication with clinical field team within a territory including Regional Directors and Case ManagersQualifications* High school graduate; college degree preferred.* Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable.* Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.* Strong computer skills.* Speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English.* Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
