Our practice has been seeing patients for 20 years in the Boise area. We are looking--to add another full-time doctor to our team ASAP. Base salary and bonus for our doctors ranged from $65K-$95K this year. Benefits include--retirement IRA, group health insurance through Pacific Source, paid vacation time, malpractice insurance, 18 CE's/year and reimbursement for your membership to the IACP.. We have 2 locations and are planning on opening--others in the future. Our associate doctors train in our main office for 2-3 years and then are placed in additional new office locations where they essentially run their own office. We will be opening a 3rd location in the Treasure Valley in 2021/22. The right person could have their own office location in 2-3 years, with the contractual potential to own the office in the future. Applicants should be high-energy and thrive in a busy clinic setting. Must work well with a team environment. We have minimal marketing requirements for our doctors. Applicants MUST be willing to learn and adopt the same adjusting technique methods as the other doctors in the office. We manage our patients as a TEAM...No one has "their own" patients. This allows doctors to take time off easier and makes scheduling for patients more convenient.-- We are looking for an associate who is outgoing, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills. Experience is a plus but not a requirement. Applicants must be proficient in manual diversified adjusting and charting.

Our clinic is fully staffed with Chiropractic Assistants to assist you in providing excellent care to patients including physical therapy rehab, modalities and massage. This is an exciting opportunity to work with regenerative medicine and other medical providers as part of your care plan for patients! Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates high level of professionalism and personal conduct
  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated
  • Provides clear description of services to patients, with informed consent
  • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system
  • Updates and maintains plan for treatment with each patient
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients
  • Patient chiropractic care and education
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
  • Describes, articulates, identifies, and treats a wide variety of conditions
  • Willing to work rotating Saturdays Qualifications needed:
    • A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
    • Valid DC license in Idaho
    • Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Idaho
    • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
    • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
    • Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
