  • Lead all aspects of a team of product managers to take product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration
  • Build, guide, mentor and empower and retain a group of incredible product management professionals
  • Partner with campaign and technology peers to build effective consumer experiences
  • Prioritize and own the development of new features based on clear criteria
  • Educate and mentor product and technology professionals, including establishing standard methodologies for testing roadmaps and test development and analysis
  • Work closely with leaders from the business and supply teams, UX design, analytics, engineering, and marketing (and more) to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers at scale
  • Present to senior executives and represent Expedia Group Search Engine Marketing product strategy with essential team members
  • Set and reinforce product goals. Actively oversee key business metrics and adjust team priorities as appropriate to deliver on financial and customer adoption goals
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and center on providing solutions and delivering resultsWho you are

    • Ability to focus on the end customer and think long-term in order to build products that perform well and can scale efficiently as we grow
    • Enterprise platform product experience
